Passover Cookies!
Friday night I tested out the easy, new passover cookie recipe. It was pretty good, but not *amazing*, so I decided that tonight, Sunday, I would make my old, amazing passover cookie recipe.

I am choosing between two flourless chocolate cookie recipes for Passover. I’ve made one before, enough years ago that I don’t remember it well, but I (after much agita) found the recipe in an email, where I called it “the most intense chocolate cookie I’ve ever tasted.” The other recipe is, with tiny variations, from two different blogs, both of which sing its praises.
